The FIG EAP Upstream & Advisory Services (USAS) is part of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at IFC. FIG EAP USAS is responsible for providing advisory support as well as develop new markets / sectors related to microfinance, access to finance for small and medium enterprises and women-owned businesses, as well as the development of low- and medium-income mortgages. IFC is seeking a/an Extended Term Consultant (ETC), based in Dili, Timor-Leste to coordinate the FIG team projects, acting as Project Management Office (PMO), and deliver projects with the desired outcomes while managing internal and external workflows efficiently. This scope and tasks will be associated with multiple financial sector projects in the country.
