The E-Merchandising and Content Lead oversees the day-to-day content operations and authoring process for Tiffany & Co. websites within Asia Pacific, ensuring content is accurate, timely, localized, and executed to a high standard. The role also supports the A/B testing and optimization program through coordination, QA, and implementation. In addition, the E-Merchandising and Content Lead plays a key role in e-merchandising execution, helping optimize product presentation and on-site discovery to improve customer experience and commercial performance. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with local, regional and global teams and working closely with Communications, PR, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Client Relations.

Responsibilities

Content Management

  • Execute day-to-day site content updates based on campaign and business priorities. Responsibilities include:
    • Partnering with Content Briefers to understand local needs and support regional variations of content
    • Receiving campaign content from the Digital Creative team and building pages/modules in the CMS
    • Coordinating with Project Management to route content for translations and local market feedback
    • Collecting and implementing QA feedback from cross-functional partners
    • Performing thorough content QA (links, layout, responsiveness, tagging, localization accuracy) to ensure a high-quality user experience
    • Publishing content live to site according to agreed timelines
    • Implementing post-launch fixes, refinements, and optimizations
  • Prioritize project publication dates based on urgency and/or impact to site
  • Maintain content hygiene and consistency across site experiences (navigation, landing pages, campaign modules, evergreen pages), escalating risks early when dependencies threaten timelines


E-Merchandising Execution

  • Execute category and product grid optimization to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion, including:
    • Assisting with product sorting strategies (newness, best sellers, seasonal priorities, gifting focus) aligned with regional direction
    • Executing grid curation: product ordering, inclusion/exclusion rules, and category hygiene (correct placement, duplication checks, missing products)
    • Coordinating and validating product badges/labels (e.g., New, Best Seller, Limited) where applicable
    • Supporting on-site search and browse experience improvements (basic query rules, synonyms suggestions, zero-results monitoring) in partnership with relevant teams/tools
    • Monitoring and escalating product data/content issues impacting merchandising (titles, imagery, pricing display, availability messaging)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign priorities are reflected in on-site assortment & stock
  • Report on product and category performance (views, add-to-carts, conversions, etc.)

Project Support

  • Support rollout of new markets sites and enhancements of existing sites
  • Set up initial content & merchandising in a timely manner
  • Coordinate translation with global and local teams
  • Identify site and digital product defects; document issues clearly and support IT testing/validation of fixes.
  • Coordinate A/B testing in partnership with global team and/or third party agencies.
  • Contribute to improvements in CMS authoring workflows and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce or website operations (content execution, site updates, publishing workflows).
  • Hands-on familiarity with content management systems and authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)).
  • Experience supporting e-merchandising activities (product grids, category maintenance, on-site discovery improvements).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello or similar).
  • Commercial mindset and team contributor
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to execute QA rigorously and consistently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to coordinate across regional and local teams.
