
E‑Member Account Advisor
Starting Pay: $21.66/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Hybrid eligible after 90 days
Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay.

As an E‑Member Account Advisor, you are a trusted guide in the digital space — helping members navigate their financial journey with ease, confidence, and clarity. You’ll connect with members through online and mobile channels, ensuring they feel supported no matter where they are.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digital connection, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and believes technology can be a powerful tool for creating positive financial change.

It’s hard to believe, but First Alliance Credit Union has been around since 1932. That’s right. We began with just seven city employees (teachers and fire fighters). We were the first credit union in Rochester, Minnesota.
