We are looking for a clear and confident communicator to deliver structured training and onboarding sessions for our U.S.-based clients.

The Role
As an E-Learning Specialist, you will guide new clients through onboarding and training on our software platform. Your goal is to ensure clients understand how to use the platform effectively and confidently.

You Will

• Lead live virtual onboarding and training sessions via Zoom
• Deliver structured product walkthroughs and learning sessions
• Explain platform features in a clear and practical way
• Support clients as they learn key workflows and tools
• Maintain a professional and engaging presence during training sessions

This role focuses on external client education rather than internal HR training.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions in a software, SaaS, or professional learning environment
• Experience facilitating structured training sessions for professional or adult audiences
• Strong professional English communication skills suitable for presenting to U.S.-based clients
• Comfort leading live virtual sessions and explaining complex topics clearly
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
