Volunteers will live in a mid-sized town or city and a reasonable distance from the work site either by foot or public transportation.

Support the design and development of online courses that support diverse learning styles.
Train staff on applying instructional design principles to build interactive modules, videos, quizzes, and assessments.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools, gamification platforms, or virtual reality.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, such as plagiarism checkers and adaptive learning platforms.
Monitor effectiveness of learning management systems using analytics.
Provide orientation to students on navigating the platform and digital libraries.
You may also work on additional projects that meet the community’s interests and priorities, such as employability skills and English proficiency.
After a 3-week orientation on topics such as health and safety, you will move to a town or city where you will collaborate with instructors, quality assurance specialists, IT teams, and organizational leadership. Together, you will assess the local needs and develop a work plan in line with their established goals.
Peace Corps/Georgia will equip you with Georgian language resources and you may work with a local tutor who can help you build basic language skills to connect with the community.

Make lifelong connections with colleagues, community members, and a host family.
Experience Georgia’s hospitality and feasting customs in person.
