OR
2 or more years of relevant digital/e-learning experience, such as using ICT to support learning, online instruction or experience developing digital learning resources

Experience in developing online training, instructional design, and curriculum development.
The Volunteer will live either in the central or southern region of Malawi. The Volunteer will live independently in a house within 6 miles of the office.

Provide structured, beginner-friendly training for individuals with little to no computer experience.
Design engaging and interactive digital learning experiences.
Train staff on digital platforms, such as data collection and management tools.
Foster the integration of digital tools into lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
Conduct monthly physical check-ins to provide hands-on guidance or troubleshoot.
Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance e-learning materials.
You may also work on additional projects that meet the community’s interests and priorities, such as wildlife clubs and malaria education boot camps.
After a 2-week orientation on topics such as health and safety, you will move to an urban community where you will collaborate with staff at tertiary institutions or local health-focused organizations to assess the local needs and develop a work plan in line with their established goals.
Peace Corps/Malawi will equip you with Chichewa language resources and you may work with a local tutor who can help you build basic language skills to connect with the community.

Use accrued vacation time to take in the wild beauty of Lake Malawi.
Only heterosexual couples can be accepted for this program.
Each person must apply separately and must qualify for a position in either the same or a different sector than their partner.
Couples will live together during training but may separate occasionally for field-based activities.
Cohabitating couples are highly encouraged to present themselves as married throughout service due to cultural expectations.
