Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled E-learning and Development Content Specialist to join Abacus and transform quality-related processes into engaging, modern digital learning experiences. This role is key to elevating training standards, improving compliance, and modernizing mandatory annual trainings across the organization.

The team and main stakeholders:

You will work closely with QA experts, E-learning Specialist team, translate complex SOPs and workflows into clear learning content, and develop interactive modules using video, animation, and multimedia tools. The position reports to the QA Service Manager and operates as an individual contributor, with strong collaboration across QA-HU teams.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses (videos, animations, quizzes, assessments)

• Building tests, knowledge checks, and effectiveness evaluations

• Convert Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, flowcharts, and process knowledge into clear, user-friendly training materials

• Maintain and update existing training content, including annual mandatory trainings

• Train and collaborating closely with all departments to gather, understand, and translate key process knowledge into effective training materials

• Provide training compliance statistics for Quality Management Review

• Collaborate closely with QA stakeholders (80–90%) and support broader organizational needs.

What we need you to have:

• 3–5 years of experience in E-learning or Instructional Designer or Content Developer or Video Editor

• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar)

• Strong digital literacy (MS Office, collaboration tools)

• Basic understanding of data reporting and training compliance

• Fluent English (B2) and availability for weekly onsite presence in Hungary

Advantage:

• Experience in regulated industries (GMP, pharma, aviation, nuclear, ISO)

• Digital Content Creation: Skilled with authoring and multimedia tools (video, animation, graphics)

• Hands-on use of platforms like Docebo or similar.
