• Manage and grow assigned E-commerce / Modern Trade Online accounts as the main PIC.
• Build strong relationships with account stakeholders (commercial, marketing, operations).
• Drive sales target achievement (sell-in & sell-out) through effective planning and forecasting.
• Plan and execute promotions and campaigns, including Joint Business Plan (JBP).
• Monitor account performance (sales, GMV/NMV, AOV, availability) and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Enabler) to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Key Account / E-commerce role, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Experience handling e-commerce platforms/marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and also familiar with Alfagift, Klik Indomaret, Watsons Online, and Guardian Online will be an advantage
• Good understanding of sell-in, sell-out, forecasting, trading terms, and stock management.
• Experience in managing online promotions and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and administrative skills.
• Computer literate (especially Microsoft Excel).
• Able to communicate in English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
