Lead the development and continuous improvement of patient-facing digital platforms and services that provide accessible patient support.
Identify gaps in patient experience and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop practical solutions that improve continuity of support.
Integrate consumer research and patient insights to understand patient journeys and identify key opportunities to improve experience and engagement.
Translate insights into actionable opportunities to remove barriers, improve patient experience, and support appropriate next steps across the journey.
Define meaningful measures to understand engagement, experience, and drop-off points across digital platforms and relevant patient touchpoints.
Leverage available internal and partner data to identify and implement opportunities to improve patient engagement and experience within regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements.
7+ years of relevant experience in consumer experience, digital or web-base products, CRM, e-commerce, digital marketing or related fields.
Experience in consumer/patient journey mapping and translating insights into tangible experience or business improvements.
Proven project management experience in developing or optimizing digital platforms, products or ecosystems, beyond digital communications or campaigns.
Strong understanding of consumer funnels, conversion and digital measurement, with the ability to use data and insights to optimize performance.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation and optimization.
Strong stakeholder and project management skills across internal teams and external partners.
Experience working with e-health, digital health or technology ecosystem partners.
Experience with digital analytics, CRM, marketing technology or consumer data platforms.
Happy to deal with uncertainties and define scope and success by himself/ herself. Having entrepreneurship by proactively asking for resources and leveraging own networks to make things happen.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and relevant regulatory, privacy and compliance considerations.
