Position: E-commerce VA
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: New Jersey Timezone (EST)
Key Responsibilities:
Create, optimize, and upload product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
Upload, format, and manage product images, videos, and other media.
Monitor and update stock levels across platforms.
Assist with order tracking, fulfillment coordination, and returns processing.
Conduct product and keyword research to identify new opportunities (preferred but not required).
Optimize listings to improve ranking, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions (preferred but not required).
Stay updated on platform guidelines, policies, and new features.
Generate and maintain reports using spreadsheets and inventory management tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an E-Commerce VA or in a similar role.
Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, and TikTok Seller Center
Strong understanding of SEO for product listings and marketplace algorithms.
Familiarity with inventory management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting
Graphic capabilities are a HUGE plus.
Experience in Shopify Design and Development is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
