岗位概述:
The role is accountable for all trade marketing investments and activities. The role is expected to :
1) Deliver end-to-end activation plans, track execution, and continue optimizing.
2) Build strategies and methods for in-channel execution monitoring.
3) Have sharp business sense to provide accurate rolling forecast and demand forecast.
4) Support channel to coordinate with the cross-functional team to drive the project forward.
Principal Responsibilities主要职责:
1. In charge of trade spending and price strategy based on the business's overall objectives.
2. Ensure the effectiveness of TS investment and the achievement of sales volume, providing regular reports and insights.
3. Develop pricing strategies and promotion agenda(quarterly promotion618D11CNY), tracking the execution to ensure the target is achieved.
4. Work closely with key stakeholders to refine the channel value chain.
5. Provide a monthly demand forecast and improve forecast accuracy. Monitor DTs’ stock level to ensure a healthy and consistent growth.
6, Maintain efficient communication and coordination with the supply chain to align with the production of the goods.
7. Provide monthly sales tracking and a regular rolling forecast with valuable insights.
8. Analyze internal data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inspiring insights for growth and innovation.
9. Identify and align the key measurements for DTC business and develop EC dashboard.
10. Support EKAM with DT management.
11. Other duties as assigned.
