generation through the efficient processing and selling of donated items on various online selling platforms. Team
Members in the E-Commerce Team Member I role may work in various roles including quality assurance,
photography, listing, and shipping.

Qualifications
Must be able to:
•Understand English; comprehend instructions provided in verbal and written form.
•Read and comprehend Retail Production and Training manuals; follow process instructions effectively and efficiently.
•Multi-task effectively; be able to adjust to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events; be flexible and/or adaptable as work requirements change.
•Be a self-starter; work efficiently with minimal supervision after work instructions are provided.
•Thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
•Use mobile devices, cameras, and computers.
•Use manual and mechanized shipping equipment.
•Independently operate a computer and input descriptive data for online customers.
•Recognize and read small print and markings with or without assistive devices.
•Recognize and report items of poor or unacceptable quality.
•Work effectively in a team-based environment; Interact professionally with customers and a highly diverse team member base on a regular and routine basis.
•Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have:
•Basic computer skills including use of various retail related systems, understanding of basic programs. i.e.: Microsoft Word, etc.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Multi-cultural sensitivity: the ability to demonstrate a sensitivity and awareness of diversities in people and cultures.

Our History:
Here in Lower South Carolina, your local Goodwill has been building better communities through the power of work since the 1970s. In 1974, a small group of local citizens raised concerns over the lack of opportunities for people with disabilities in the Charleston area. After five years of endless meetings and small fundraising activities, the group received a charter from Goodwill Industries International and the agency officially opened its doors on October 16, 1979, with the name Goodwill Industries of Lower South Carolina, Inc.
Since its inception, your local Goodwill has continued to provide services to individuals, businesses and organizations throughout the South Carolina. The community has supported Goodwill Industries with donations of goods, monetary contributions and by shopping in Goodwill retail stores. Because of this support, Goodwill’s mission of helping people achieve their full potential through the dignity and power of work is as relevant today as it was when Goodwill opened its doors in 1979.
