E-commerce Support Manager
Location: Karachi

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Support Manager to oversee marketplace operations, optimize processes, and manage the end-to-end performance of online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, along with expertise in inventory management, data analysis, logistics, and marketplace optimization
This role requires someone who can analyze marketplace performance, streamline operations, and lead a team to ensure smooth order processing, efficient inventory management, and consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
Analyze marketplace data, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee inventory management, order processing, and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and seller ratings to maintain high operational standards.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Manage product sourcing initiatives including private-label product launches and supplier negotiations
Stay updated with marketplace algorithms, FBA guidelines, and industry trends to maintain competitiveness.
Oversee advertising campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Products, and Facebook Ads Manager
Lead, mentor, and develop the support team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce CMS platforms
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools for performance tracking and decision-making.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, demand forecasting, and inventory reconciliation
Experience with inventory management systems and order management systems
Knowledge of e-commerce industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control practices
Ability to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Experience managing teams, including training, mentoring, and performance management
Preferred Experience
Experience in private-label product sourcing and product launches
Proven track record of increasing sales and improving marketplace performance
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and marketplace marketing tools
