Job Description
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Understanding of sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email marketing).
- Monitor and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales reports) to track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create and optimize content for product pages, blogs, and other digital assets to improve SEO and user engagement.
- Work closely with the sourcing and purchasing teams to align sales strategies with market demands and promotional activities.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- At least 4-5 years of relevant sales/e-commerce experience preferred
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and product listings
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics preferred
- Interest in e-commerce and retail trends
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon - Fri
Salary Range: $73,550 - 118,600
