Job Description
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Assist in data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
- Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
- Monitor order status and resolve issues related to shipping, returns, and exchanges.
- Update inventory records and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish stock as needed.
- Identify and report discrepancies in inventory counts and work with the team to resolve them.
- Support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Business Success team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of e-commerce operations.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- Understanding of order and shipping processes
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant CS/e-commerce experience preferred
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Customer-first mindset, comfortable handling shipping/return issues

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri
Salary Range: $56,500 - 86,600
