About the Opportunity

Evantis Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce and lifestyle brand based in Bangkok to find an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager. The company has built a strong reputation in the authenticated product space, operating across fashion, sneakers, and streetwear, and is looking to bring on a commercially driven professional to take their marketplace operations to the next level.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of the company's presence across key online marketplaces — TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee — with a clear mandate to grow revenue. This means building and running campaigns, working closely with affiliates and content creators, and using data to continuously sharpen performance. You'll be the person connecting the dots between sales forecasting, promotional strategy, and cross-functional execution with teams across paid media, supply chain, and operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day marketplace operations end to end, with a focus on driving GMV and conversion
• Leading campaign planning and execution, including affiliate and creator-led initiatives
• Building monthly sales forecasts and ensuring execution stays aligned with targets
• Tracking performance daily and weekly, spotting issues early, and course-correcting fast
• Working across teams to keep campaigns running smoothly from brief to delivery
• Refining product mix, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics to boost visibility and sales

What We're Looking For

• Around 2–3 years in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Hands-on experience growing sales on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
• Solid grasp of commercial metrics — GMV, conversion rate, AOV, ROI
• Affiliate or influencer sales experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with data, Excel, and analytics tools
• Thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

Working Setup

Hybrid — three days in the office near BTS Udomsuk, two days from home. Flexible start time between 9:00 and 10:30 AM, with a nine-hour day including lunch.
