·Manage and update product listings within Shopify across two online stores
·Clean and standardize product data including weights, descriptions, images, and variants
·Create and optimize product listings with accurate meta titles and descriptions
·Prepare and execute bulk product uploads via spreadsheets/CSV files
·Support ongoing product uploads from new supplier inventory
·Identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent listings across both websites
·Resize and optimize product images for website use
·Create SEO-friendly image file names and alt text
·Monitor website listings for errors, missing information, or out-of-stock issues
·Assist with category organization and website merchandising
·Maintain consistency in product formatting, branding, and naming conventions
·Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information, images, and specifications
·Upload and organize invoices or stock documentation
·Assist with promotional banners, sale uploads, and seasonal product updates
·Maintain accurate records and task tracking spreadsheets
·Assist with basic competitor and pricing research
·Support general eCommerce administrative tasks as required
·Respond to customer emails in accordance with company policies
·Provide online chat support
·Monitor and respond to customer enquiries within required response timeframes
·Escalate customer issues or complaints appropriately
