About this Position
This
position is responsible for the commercial and operational management of
field sales operations and e-commerce channels. The role analyzes sales,
order, stock, customer, and channel performance to identify risks and growth
opportunities, while ensuring the end-to-end management of product, pricing,
campaign, and performance processes across e-commerce marketplaces. Working
closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, the position
contributes to new tools, processes, and commercial opportunities that
improve operational efficiency, increase e-commerce penetration, and drive
conversion.
What you´ll do
- Contribute to trade marketing and e-commerce strategies across traditional trade, e-commerce, B2B, and selective retail channels.
- Preparing reports and analysis on channels, contributing to sales (weekly, monhtly, yearly)
- Develop new channels and businesses to increase e-commerce penetration
- Combine multiple data sources to conduct advanced sales and channel analyses, identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, and support data driven decision making.
- Coordinate product, campaign, stock, content, and visibility activities across digital and selective retail channels.
- Develop channel-specific commercial plans and activations to support sustainable growth.
- Analyze channel performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend commercial actions.
- Support sales teams and distributors in the effective use of digital sales tools and commercial applications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on performance reporting, business reviews, and operational improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer needs and objectives are delivered on in a timely and efficient manner.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Economics, Industrial Engineering,
Management Engineering, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, commercial
marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within FMCG,
cosmetics, professional beauty, retail, or distribution. - Good
understanding of multi-channel sales processes, with hands-on experience
in e-commerce marketplaces, B2B sales platforms, or selective retail
channels, including marketplace management panels. - Advanced
Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to translate commercial
data into actionable insights and growth opportunities. - Strong
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the
ability to communicate effectively at senior management level. - Advanced
written and spoken English. - Willingness
and ability to travel as required.
