JOB PURPOSE
The E-Commerce Operations Intern will support the monitoring and optimization of online operations performance, contributing to the improvement of service levels and operational efficiency, with a focus on the Employee Online Store. The role is highly operational and combines data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and day-to-day execution, with exposure to logistics flows, store fulfillment performance, and digital KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Business, Management Engineering, Economics or related fields.
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and KPIs; a previous experience in digital or e-commerce is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, data analysis, formulas); knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
Excellent English (written and spoken).
