This role sits at the core of fast-moving e-commerce launch operations, ensuring seamless execution between production, account management, and online storefronts. You will be responsible for coordinating Shopify workflows, managing product and collection setups, and supporting high-volume product launches across multiple clients. Acting as a key operational bridge between cross-functional teams, you will ensure that product data, timelines, and launch requirements are accurately aligned. The environment is dynamic, detail-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong organization and responsiveness. Your work will directly impact the success of product launches, fulfillment accuracy, and customer experience. Accountabilities

You will manage end-to-end Shopify operational workflows, ensuring accurate setup of products, collections, discounts, pre-sales, and shipping configurations while maintaining data integrity across listings. You will act as the central coordination point between production, account management, and e-commerce teams, ensuring timely and accurate information flow across all stakeholders.

  • Manage Shopify backend operations including product setup, collections, discounts, and pre-sale configurations
  • Coordinate across production and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment on product data and launch readiness
  • Maintain and execute pre-launch checklists to ensure smooth and error-free product releases
  • Track product specifications such as SKUs, variants, shipping details, and fulfillment requirements
  • Monitor pre-sale and product launch processes to prevent operational or fulfillment issues
  • Support cross-functional communication through meetings, Slack channels, and documentation updates
  • Flag risks and inconsistencies in product listings and proactively drive resolution
  • Contribute to SOP creation and process improvements for recurring e-commerce workflows
  • Occasionally interface with clients for product or collection reviews
  • Requirements

    You bring hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or project coordination, ideally within fast-paced, launch-heavy environments. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple simultaneous priorities while ensuring accuracy under pressure.

    • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce coordination, operations, or project management
    • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce product/collection structures (preferred)
    • Strong understanding of operational workflows in fast-paced, launch-driven environments
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent product launches
    • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across teams
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate and resolve issues early
    • Experience with tools like Asana, Slack, or similar project management platforms
    • Ability to work effectively in EST-aligned schedules and fast-changing priorities
    • Experience in merchandise, apparel, or consumer product operations is a plus
