Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

To manage the day‑to‑day execution of our ecommerce delivery channel. In this role, you will support promotional planning, drive digital sales, and elevate customer experience to fuel profitable topline growth.

• Promotion Planning & Sales Forecasting
  Support the development of promotion plans with accurate sales forecasting and conduct daily performance tracking.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  Monitor daily sales and assist in analyzing results to identify business issues and recommend actionable mitigation strategies.
• Menu & Pricing Optimization
  Collaborate with the Commercial team to refine menu and pricing structures to enhance overall profitability.
• Promotion Execution
  Manage the coupon engine to set up price promotions and ensure accurate, timely launch across KFC’s own delivery, click‑and‑collect, and self‑ordering channels.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination
  Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless and precise execution of all promotional activities.
• Ad Hoc Projects
  Contribute to additional tasks and projects as assigned to support broader business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in ecommerce, FMCG, or retail
• Background in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or E-Commerce is preferred
• Strong passion for working with numbers and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide informed recommendations
• A collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills for working effectively with both internal teams and external partners
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of taking ownership while thriving in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Officer
