Job Description

Turn sales data into action—and keep products performing across every major e-commerce channel.

We’re looking for an analytical, detail-driven e-commerce specialist to own sales reporting and product listing management across 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC channels.

Location: LatAm - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.
  • Track revenue, units, trends, product performance, and channel performance.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart, Target, JCPenney, Kohl’s, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, DTC, and other e-commerce accounts.
  • Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and other listing content.
  • Support both 1P and 3P marketplace operations.
  • Identify listing errors, suppressed products, missing content, and other issues impacting sales.
  • Monitor performance and highlight opportunities, risks, and trends.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations teams to keep product information accurate and current.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or retailer portals.
  • Strong sales reporting and data-analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC business models.
  • Experience with major retail marketplaces and product listing management.
  • Ability to turn raw sales data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large product catalogs.
  • Experience with BI, ERP, marketplace, or reporting tools is a plus.
