E-Commerce Marketplace Manager | Kingston, PA (Hybrid) · $65,000–$90,000 Base + Commission

About the Role A fast-growing party supplies company is looking for an entrepreneurial e-commerce professional to take ownership of a major new product initiative. The team is looking for someone to test, launch, and scale a large new set of products across online marketplaces. This is a high-upside opportunity for someone who wants to build something from the ground up and be rewarded directly for the results they drive.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Listings Management

• Evaluate incoming inventory and determine which products have strong sell-through potential on Amazon
• Create and manage listings, including bundling or kitting products where it makes sense
• Monitor performance and pricing to ensure healthy margins after marketplace fees

Cross-Functional Oversight

• Oversee PPC advertising, ensuring spend is efficient and aligned with goals
• Oversee content creation for listings
• Coordinate with the in-house fulfillment team on shipments as new inventory comes in

Inventory & Growth Strategy

• Track which products perform well and flag opportunities to bring successful items in directly for the long term
• Continuously reassess cost and margin as pricing on replenished inventory shifts
• Help build out and scale a growing category from the ground up

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on Amazon seller experience (FBA and/or FBM)
• Comfortable with core e-commerce/marketplace terminology and workflows
• Self-starter who can manage a project independently without heavy oversight
• Open to a hybrid schedule with in-office days in Kingston, PA, or open to eventual relocation
