E-Commerce Manager (TikTok Shop) will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial success on the TikTok platform. This role will focus on sales performance, content strategy, live commerce coordination, campaign execution, and platform relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills, platform knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of the fast-moving TikTok commerce environment in Malaysia.
Platform & Sales Management
Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of TikTok Shop store, including product listings, pricing, stock availability, order fulfilment, and customer service coordination.
Monitor daily sales performance, optimize product assortment, and identify high-converting SKUs to drive GMV growth.
Plan and execute monthly campaigns, flash sales, and platform-led promotions in alignment with TikTok’s commercial calendar.
Content & Live Commerce Strategy
Develop and implement content strategies that align with TikTok’s best practices, including short-form video content, creator collaborations, and live streaming.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agency/creators/KOLs to plan and manage live sessions that drive engagement and conversion.
Analyze performance of content and live sessions to continuously optimize ROI.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create platform-specific creatives and marketing assets.
Manage in-app promotions, and affiliate campaigns to support traffic and sales objectives.
Track campaign performance, review analytics, and present insights with clear action plans.
Stakeholder & Platform Relationship Management
Maintain close collaboration with TikTok account managers to maximize visibility, gain access to beta features, and ensure platform compliance.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure operational excellence across the shopper journey.
Regularly present performance reports and improvement strategies to internal stakeholders and senior management.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail, with at least 2 years of direct experience managing TikTok Shop
- Prior experience in FMCG, beauty or consumer brands is highly preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, live commerce workflows, and short-form content creation trends.
