Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Site Operations & Merchandising Manager to manage the day-to-day site operations, digital merchandising, and content execution for 7 For All Mankind’s U.S. ecommerce business. This role will ensure products, campaigns, promotions, and site experiences are launched accurately and on time while continuously optimizing the customer journey and driving conversion.

The ideal candidate combines strong digital merchandising instincts with operational excellence and a data-driven approach to ecommerce. This individual will manage the site content and commercial calendar, product launches, onsite merchandising, promotional execution, and ongoing site optimization.

This role will partner cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, CRM, Technology, Customer Service, and Global teams to deliver a seamless digital customer experience and support overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution and merchandising of the Shopify storefront across homepage, navigation, collections, PLPs, PDPs, landing pages, search, and promotional experiences.
  • Manage the ecommerce site content and commercial calendar, coordinating seasonal launches, campaigns, product drops, promotions, and key commercial moments.
  • Ensure site content, pricing, promotions, imagery, product information, and merchandising are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
  • Own ecommerce product readiness and launch execution, partnering with Merchandising, Planning, Creative, and other teams to ensure products are customer-ready and commercially optimized.
  • Drive digital merchandising strategies based on business priorities, inventory availability, customer behavior, and product performance.
  • Optimize product placement, sorting, recommendations, collections, search, navigation, filtering, and product discoverability using Bloomreach or similar platforms.
  • Own onsite promotional execution and ensure promotional experiences are accurate and consistent across customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with Ecommerce leadership to identify and execute opportunities to improve conversion, revenue per visitor, and overall customer experience.
  • Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives using Dynamic Yield, Visually, or similar platforms, translating learnings into ongoing site improvements.
  • Monitor ecommerce performance, including conversion, revenue per visitor, product and category performance, search, merchandising, promotions, and sell-through.
  • Conduct pre- and post-launch QA and proactively identify and resolve site, product, content, and merchandising issues.
  • Partner with Technology and Engineering teams on site enhancements, releases, functional requirements, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage ecommerce projects and priorities through Asana, Jira, or similar platforms, ensuring timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate ecommerce workflows to improve execution speed and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, site operations, or a related field.
  • Significant experience leading and scaling Shopify-based ecommerce businesses; Shopify Markets, Bloomreach, and Dynamic Yield experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce merchandising, customer journeys, product lifecycle, and digital retail best practices.
  • Experience managing ecommerce product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and content calendars.
  • Experience with search and merchandising, A/B testing, and personalization platforms; Bloomreach and Dynamic Yield experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data, customer behavior, and inventory insights to inform merchandising and optimization decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, CRM, and Technology teams.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Asana/Jira, and HTML/CSS fundamentals preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office

PAY RATE: $100,000/yr - $120,000/yr
