A leading curator of top Asian beauty brands is seeking a dynamic leader to scale its digital retail presence across Asia.


Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: E-Commerce Manager / Senior Manager


What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategies to drive market share and manage P&L for online channels.
• Oversee daily operations and optimize performance on marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to optimize acquisition costs and ROI.
• Improve product listings through SEO, pricing, and visual enhancements to maximize conversion rates
• Track key metrics such as traffic, AOV, and ROAS to drive data-driven decision-making and journey optimization.
• Implement CRM strategies, loyalty programs, and email marketing to enhance the customer experience.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfillment.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Analytics
• Experience with D2C platforms like Shopify is a plus
• Proven track record of managing successful e-commerce platforms
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital tools
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
