We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, and other GCC e-commerce channels.
This role carries full responsibility for marketplace revenue, profitability, account health, advertising performance, pricing strategy, inventory coordination, and team leadership. The successful candidate will own marketplace P&L performance while driving sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Performance & P&L Management
- Own marketplace revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.
- Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts and monitor performance against plans.
- Manage marketplace budgets including advertising, promotions, and operational spend.
- Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions when required.
Product Listings & Content Optimization
- Oversee listing accuracy, SEO optimization, content quality, and product imagery.
- Improve marketplace storefronts and branded content.
- Lead content enhancement initiatives tied to launches, seasonal campaigns, and category growth.
PPC & Marketplace Advertising
- Manage and optimize Amazon and Noon advertising campaigns.
- Monitor ROAS, ACOS, search term performance, and bidding strategies.
- Plan promotional activities around key retail events and seasonal opportunities.
- Continuously improve advertising efficiency and marketplace visibility.
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Develop pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Maintain pricing compliance across channels.
- Balance growth objectives with margin protection.
Account Health & Compliance
- Manage marketplace compliance requirements and account health metrics.
- Resolve policy violations and operational issues proactively.
- Support brand protection and marketplace governance initiatives.
Inventory & Operations
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain stock availability.
- Minimize stock-outs and support demand forecasting.
- Monitor fulfillment performance and marketplace operations.
- Manage payment reconciliations and dispute resolution processes.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop marketplace specialists across listings, PPC, and operations.
- Establish KPIs and performance standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Provide marketplace insights to senior leadership.
- Support product launches, promotional planning, and strategic initiatives.
Customer Experience
- Drive product ratings and reviews improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer escalation processes.
- Ensure service levels and marketplace customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Minimum 4 years of marketplace management experience with direct P&L ownership.
- Proven experience managing Amazon and/or Noon marketplaces within the UAE or GCC.
- Demonstrated track record of growing marketplace revenue and profitability.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller platforms.
- Hands-on experience with PPC campaign management and optimization.
- Advanced Excel and marketplace analytics skills.
Preferred
- Experience within consumer electronics, professional equipment, technology, or related categories.
- Familiarity with Brand Registry, A+ Content, Vine, DSP, and marketplace advertising tools.
- Experience managing multi-SKU catalogs and marketplace inventory.
- Understanding of GCC marketplace operations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
