Your new job includes

We are currently establishing a new legal entity in Rødby to operate our retail business on ferry routes as well as in border shops.
In the position of E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d), you will work either hybrid (three days per week) or fully on-site in Rødby and report directly to the Managing Director.

You are responsible for operating and optimising our webshop to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience while driving performance. You manage on‑site content, localisation, online merchandising, testing, and alignment with local teams and HQ.

In particular, you will

  • maintain and optimise webshop content, plan and implement local campaigns, and manage localisation into Danish, Swedish and English
  • manage navigation, categories, filters, and on‑site search to ensure product findability and SEO‑relevant on‑site content
  • execute UAT testing, manage bugs and regression tests
  • act as the first contact for Customer Service and Click & Collect teams
  • monitor webshop performance, conduct analyses, provide insights, and drive optimisation measures
  • collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Retail, Marketing, Customer Service and external partners
  • independently take local webshop decisions while adhering to global frameworks, standards and operational guidelines

Preferred Profile

  • A degree in Business, Digital Commerce, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in e‑commerce or content management
  • Experience with on‑site merchandising, navigation/search optimisation, testing processes and performance analytics
  • Strong user‑centric mindset combined with analytical thinking and KPI‑driven decision‑making
  • Very good command of English; fluent in Danish and/or Swedish
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑moving environments
