We are currently seeking a passionate E-Commerce Manager on a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave - September 2026 - November 2027. This role is based in our Varsity Lakes, QLD office and requires you to be on-site five days a week as part of our collaborative team environment.

About the position

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be involved in leading the Australian DTC business with full ownership of performance, profitability and customer experience. Acting as a “Store Manager” for the online business, you’ll hold P&L accountability, while driving the end-to-end growth across the entire value chain - from performance marketing and website optimisation through to fulfilment, customer experience and retention.

Your main responsibilities

  • Drive the performance of the Australian DTC business, owning revenue, profitability and growth through effective planning, forecasting and optimisation of marketing and customer initiatives aligned with global objectives.
  • Lead and optimise the end-to-end website experience, improving usability, merchandising and conversion through data-driven, customer-focused insights while maintaining brand and commercial alignment.
  • Serve as the primary DTC e-commerce lead for Australia, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to align strategy, deliver initiatives and provide performance insights to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
  • 6+ years’ experience in e-commerce, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports
  • Strong experience across e-commerce platforms (such as Adobe Commerce, Contentful, InRiver or similar CMS - & PIM systems)
  • Proven success in driving profitable growth within multi-segment or matrix organisations
