Position: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 20,000
Experience Level: Senior (8 to 10 years)

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow the digital presence of Rituals in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling B2C e-commerce businesses, managing substantial marketing budgets, and delivering strong revenue growth through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Oversee end-to-end online customer experience including UI/UX, site performance, and digital merchandising.
• Manage and optimize multi-million USD digital marketing budgets across paid search, social, affiliate, and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to inform growth strategies and campaign optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration between online and offline channels for an effective omni-channel experience.

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in B2C e-commerce, preferably in omni-channel retail or high-growth digital businesses.
• Strong background in customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies.
• Experience in digitally mature markets with a strong grasp of performance marketing and analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Age: Below 42 years
