About the role:

AsE-CommerceManageryouare responsible foroverseeing anddrivingour onlinerevenue growth byoptimizingthe sales channel, improving customer journeys, and executing data-driven strategiesThis role works closely withotherteams toscale anddeliver seamless end-to-ende-commerce experience

Responsibilities:

• Developand execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.

• Manage day-to-day operationson site, such asvisualmerchandise,pricing,and promotions

• Daily quality assurancecheckstoensureall actions areaccurate,manageand report issues thatimpactthe presentation of products online.

• Monitor and analyzekey performance indicators forsalesand siteperformanceas well ascustomer behavior, includingwebsitetraffic, CVR, CTR, and others.

• Implement A/B testingand CRO strategiestoidentifygrowth opportunities andoptimizeconversionbehavior

• Collaborate cross-functionallywithmarketing, buying, andlogisticsteamto deliver high-impact solutionsand ensure smoothprocesses

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail

Required Skills:

• +5yearsofexperienceas an E-Commerce manager orin asimilarrole

• Bachelor's degree inBusinessAdministration,Marketing,E-Commerce,orarelated field

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sale strategies

• Experience with web analytics tools and knowledge of marketing channels and platforms

• Excellent analytical skills, strategical thinking, and data-driven decision making

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimizations

• Excellentcommunication, collaboration,andtimemanagementskills

• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action
