Job Description

MeUndies is a Los Angeles, CA-based underwear and loungewear company best known for its softer-than-soft basics. Founded in 2011, MeUndies disrupted the $110B underwear industry with the first online underwear subscription. Since then, the brand has inspired a passionate community of undie-obsessed individuals with its bold, comfortable products. And that’s only the beginning…

Today MeUndies has sold more than thirty million pairs of underwear and is profitable with double-digit YoY growth. It continues to redefine the subscription market by evolving the transactional subscription to a membership centered on community and relationships with the brand.

The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options, including singles, packs, matching pairs, and monthly membership.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3-4 days/week in our Los Angeles office

We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead site performance, content strategy, and digital merchandising. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and customer experience — responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive conversion, revenue, and customer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator: comfortable digging into performance metrics, building testing roadmaps, and executing site content updates that optimize the full funnel experience.

What You'll Do
E-Commerce Strategy & Performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize core e-commerce KPIs: conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), revenue per visitor (RPV), bounce rate, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Build weekly/monthly performance reporting and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and customer behavior insights.
  • Partner with growth, lifecycle, and paid media teams to align site strategy with acquisition and retention initiatives.

Site Content & Merchandising

  • Own homepage, landing page, and collection page merchandising strategy.
  • Develop and manage the site content calendar aligned to campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Optimize product sorting, collections, cross-sells, and upsells to maximize AOV and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on and execute on site promo strategy
  • Ensure site content reflects brand storytelling while driving measurable performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to brief and execute site updates.

Testing & Optimization

  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing roadmap.
  • Test pricing, promotional messaging, product placement, navigation, and content hierarchy.
  • Leverage data tools (GA4, Shopify analytics, Posthog, heatmaps, etc.) to inform hypotheses and prioritize experiments.
  • Report on test results and scale winning initiatives.

Customer Journey & UX Optimization

  • Map and optimize the full customer journey across desktop and mobile.
  • Identify friction points in the funnel and implement data-backed improvements.
  • Use behavioral tools (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) to inform UX decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Creative, Paid Media, CRM, and Tech teams to ensure site execution aligns with broader marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with inventory and planning teams to align merchandising with stock levels and sell-through goals.

What You Have

  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or site merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, Shopify (or similar platform), Looker/Tableau, and A/B testing tools.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rate and revenue.
  • Experience managing homepage and category merchandising strategy.
  • Comfortable translating data into strategy and clearly communicating insights.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in DTC or subscription-based e-commerce.
  • Experience with personalization tools.
  • Familiarity with CRO best practices and UX principles.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent growth in site CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
  • Clear, repeatable testing roadmap with measurable wins.
  • Highly optimized site merchandising aligned to business goals.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$125,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About MeUndies

MeUndies disrupted the $110B underwear industry when it launched the first online underwear subscription model in 2011. Founder Jonathan Shokrian identified a market gap during his own shopping experience. Nothing about underwear shopping was enjoyable - other brands were hyper-sexualized, overcomplicated, uncomfortable and inconvenient. He recognized that no one in the industry was offering their customers the experience that modern consumers expect. Jonathan started MeUndies to provide a fun and simple offering with a relentless emphasis on quality and service.

Unlike many startup peers, MeUndies has seen tremendous success achieving profitability with double-digit YoY growth since. To date it has sold over 23M pairs of underwear in all 50 states and in 37 countries around the world. MeUndies offers both men’s and women’s underwear as well as socks, bralettes and loungewear.
