Core Mission
- To support the E-Commerce Key Account Manager in executing Douyin social commerce operations, with primary focus on (1) brand self-livestreaming execution and optimization, (2) short video content planning and production coordination, and (3) Douyin store daily operations management, in order to drive channel growth and achieve business KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute brand self-livestreaming operations: manage livestream scheduling, script preparation, product selection, pricing/promo setup, host coordination, and on-air execution.
- Monitor and optimize self-livestream performance in real time: adjust traffic strategies, product sequencing, and promotional mechanics to maximize conversion and ROI.
- Plan and coordinate short video content production: develop content calendar, brief creative teams/agencies, manage filming and editing workflow, and ensure timely publication aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Analyze short video performance data (views, engagement, traffic conversion) and continuously optimize content strategy to drive organic traffic growth.
- Manage day-to-day Douyin store operations with DP partners: product listing, merchandising updates, page optimization, customer service oversight, and compliance checks.
- Track and report channel performance KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion, repurchase); prepare regular data analysis reports and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with Brand/Digital Marketing teams on campaign execution for big promos (e.g., 618, Double 11) and new product launches on Douyin.
- Track and manage operational budgets (traffic investment, production/studio costs, TP service fees); ensure timely payment processing and cost efficiency.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor Douyin platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices; provide insights and recommendations to support channel strategy.

Profile and Technical Skills
Education/Training
- Bachelor degree in Business, digital or e-commerce degree preferred
Work Experience :
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Douyin or other social commerce / livestreaming platforms.
- Hands-on experience in brand self-livestreaming operations and short video content management is preferred.
- Experience in skincare, personal care or FMCG industry is a plus.
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position :
- Familiar with Douyin commerce ecosystem: self-livestream operations, short video content strategy, traffic mechanics (incl. paid traffic basics), and platform promotion tools.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and common e-commerce/content analytics tools (e.g., Douyin Compass/Juliang Qianchuan).
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners (DP, content agencies).
- Detail-oriented with strong execution capability; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Mandarin; English communication skills preferred.
