You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers’ portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

A.Main responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management & Execution:
Manage and execute ecommerce business that enables MDLZ to unlock growth and build e- commerce capability over the Strategic Planning horizon (3-4 years).
Management covers e2e commerce across key building blocks for B2C (pure players, last milers, omni-channel, social commerce) and eB2B initiatives.
Drive local alignment with key stakeholders and deliver ecommerce operation that is relevant to Vietnam market based on local trend and insights.
Work closely with Ecommerce Head and align strategy fit to Southeast Asia E-Commerce priorities.
Customer Facing:
Create, propose, and agree on annual JBP with key customers that are tracked monthly.
Lock in annual growth plans and initiatives with key customers.
Ecommerce Fundamental: Manage execution approach, investment plan and tracking of key flywheel KPIs:
Assortment – Review assortment, range, pricing for all brands. Track performance and course correct through collaboration with sales & marketing.
Availability – Create strong portfolio and listing and track against on platform listings, closing gaps where found.
Content– Ensure all product content is best in class with key search terms, images identified and implemented.
Search– implement organic and paid search campaigns, track ROI and performance.
Activation – execute and track annual activation calendars with key retailers through collaboration and building with Marketing and Category Planning teams.
Ecommerce Annual Planning and Targets:
Provide input on ecommerce targets in year on NR, GSD and A&C.
Provide bottom-up forecasts to deliver E-comm target.
Manage trade spending for all E-Com channels.
Track monthly performance and course correction vs plan.
Ecommerce Cross-Function Management:
Work closely with cross-function stakeholders to deliver the ecommerce agenda.
Work with external parties such as enablers, content production agency, retailers and other parties as per needed
Job specific requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Social Commerce with a strong customer trend insight
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree
English fluently
Passionate with E-Commerce
Experience working with Brand Portal, Seller Center…is an advantage.
Partnering, planning and communication skills
A bility to work under high pressure and respond quickly and flexibly to changing business needs.
Problem identification and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and provide effective resolutions proactively.
Ability to follow up on tasks proactively and ensure thorough execution
