E-Commerce Integrations Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $100K–$130K

About the Role

You'll be the technical backbone connecting a growing portfolio of e-commerce brands to the platforms, marketplaces, and logistics systems that keep them running. From marketplace integrations to the web of plugins and tools behind the scenes, you'll own the technical infrastructure and keep everything talking to each other. This is a fast-paced, high-autonomy role for someone who can take a problem, run with it, and figure it out without waiting for a playbook.

Key Responsibilities

Integrations & Platforms

• Manage marketplace integrations across channels like Walmart and other selling platforms
• Configure and maintain the plugins and tools powering each brand's operations

Logistics & Systems

• Oversee logistics systems and keep them running smoothly across brands
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they come up

Team & Ticket Management

• Lead a remote team handling technical tickets
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of tickets across the brand portfolio

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of e-commerce platforms, integrations, and plugins
• Experience with marketplaces and logistics systems
• Self-directed and fast-moving — able to run independently and problem-solve on the fly
• Comfortable managing a remote team
