Our inviting store is nestled just west of Rapid City - in the heart of the Black Hills of South Dakota. We're known nationwide for being a premier dealership with Certified Harley-Davidson® Technicians, friendly parts staff, helpful motorclothes associates and a knowledgeable Motorcycle Sales Team that can help you with the purchase of your new Harley-Davidson® or with one of our hundreds of pre-owned motorcycles available. Each year Black Hills Harley-Davidson® plays host to over 100 of the industry's best brands and companies who showcase their products on our 40-acre layout during the world-famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally which we call “The Rally at Exit 55”.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable E-Commerce Fulfillment & Merchandise Associate to support our growing online sales operations. This role is based in a warehouse environment and is responsible for accurately fulfilling online orders, maintaining product listings, and assisting with incoming inventory. When order volume is low, this position supports merchandise processing for all five of our Harley-Davidson retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare shipments, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with shipping carriers
  • Photograph new products and create engaging, accurate product listings for e-commerce platforms
  • Maintain organized inventory and ensure product availability is reflected online
  • Assist with processing incoming freight, including unpacking and verifying shipments
  • Fold apparel, apply pricing, label merchandise, and prepare items for retail display
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace
  • Support team members and adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills; experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable using cameras or smartphones for product photography
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Basic understanding of product merchandising or retail operations
  • Familiarity with apparel handling and presentation standards

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse setting with moderate physical activity
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with fluctuating workload based on order volume

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime required, especially during peak seasons such as the Sturgis Rally
