Job Description

Würth Hellas is looking for an E-Commerce & E-Procurement Specialist to join its growing digital team.
The role focuses on the implementation, support, and optimization of B2B e-commerce and e-procurement solutions. You will act as an operational link between customers, sales, IT, and international Würth teams, supporting standardized digital procurement processes and engaging with senior customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

E-Procurement & Integrations

  • Support customer e-procurement integrations (OCI / cXML punch-out) with IT and partners
  • Assist in customer onboarding and backend configuration in the Online Shop
  • Support and maintain EDI flows (orders, confirmations, returns)

Digital Project Coordination

  • Coordinate across sales, IT, customer service, and customers
  • Support testing, documentation, timelines, and go-live activities
  • Escalate and help resolve technical or process issues

Product Data & Catalog Management

  • Maintain product catalogs via PIM, ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Support customer-specific assortments, pricing visibility, and search relevance

E-Commerce Optimization & Support

  • Monitor basic KPIs related to catalog quality, visibility, and usability
  • Support continuous improvements in B2B product presentation and usability
  • Provide operational support and training to internal users and customers

Stakeholder & Global Collaboration

  • Participate in calls and workshops with international Würth teams in English
  • Support structured discussions with customer procurement, IT, and operations
  • Contribute to the rollout of global Würth digital standards and solutions

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B e-commerce, e-procurement, or digital operations
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Solid understanding of e-procurement (OCI, cXML, e-catalogs, ERP integration)
  • Experience with PIM systems and product data management
  • Familiarity with EDI (EDIFACT, XML, Opentrans)
  • Good Excel skills and experience in cross-functional digital projects

Communication & Profile

  • Business-level English (spoken & written)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable engaging with senior B2B stakeholders
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational, process-driven environment
