* Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the company’s e-commerce websites and applications, ensuring platform stability and an excellent customer experience.
* Monitor and optimize the full customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and increase average order value.
* Oversee product listings, categories, content, images, pricing, and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms.
* Coordinate with Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain teams regarding platform development, integrations, product availability, and inventory.
* Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with sales and brand awareness objectives.
* Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending across the most effective channels.
* Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google, social media, and other relevant digital channels.
* Lead SEO, content marketing, email marketing, retargeting, and customer retention initiatives.
* Monitor key performance indicators, including sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, CAC, CLV, ROAS, and ROI.
* Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and customer experience.
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams covering marketing, customer service, and content/design.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, developers, payment gateways, shipping companies, and other service providers
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
* Previous experience in the Saudi market and retail industry is mandatory.
* Proven supervisory experience leading a cross-functional team.
* Proven track record in managing e-commerce stores and delivering measurable online sales growth.
* Hands-on experience managing and operating e-commerce websites and applications.
* Hands-on experience with Salla is required, with knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built e-commerce platforms considered highly relevant.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and digital tracking and analytics tools.
* Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, UX, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in CAC, CLV, ROAS, ROI, conversion, and sales performance analysis.
* Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, and customer service operations.
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, reporting, and dashboard preparation
