Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, the CRM Intern is responsible for planning and executing animation campaigns and commercial initiatives based on local data and trends to drive performance in a global market (70+ countries).
Important Details
6-month internship, University agreement mandatory
Work type: Hybrid
Location: Paris
Start date: July 2026
Plan weekly animation calendar, coordinate and execute all local animation & commercial campaigns on CRM.
Campaign briefs, assets follow-up with Creative & Copy teams, and implementation of campaigns on our CRM tool.
Analyze campaigns performance: weekly & monthly reporting.
Lead independently structured deep dives, leveraging data analysis and business insights to help your team and collaborators better understand trend/user behavior.
Perform market research; benchmarking, and competitor trends tracking to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions
Currently (and by July 2026) enrolled in a Master degree in Business School or University, with a strong interest in E-commerce
Excellent Google Suite knowledge (emphasis on Google Sheet and Google Slides)
Strong analytical skills and willing to develop them: leverage extensive data, ensure data accuracy, and pay attention to details.
Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask
Fluency in English is required (French is a plus)
