The Creator Strategy team drives the growth and effectiveness of the creator ecosystem through strategic campaign execution, content quality management, and affiliate creator development. The team focuses on scaling creator participation, improving GMV and traffic efficiency, and strengthening the “Moving-Sales” creator ecosystem through data-driven initiatives, incentives, and matchmaking strategies.
As an intern, you will support the Creator Strategy Team in driving affiliate growth and campaign efficiency. This role focuses on the execution of resource management, data monitoring, and providing operational support for key creator projects. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced e-commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
1. Creator IP Campaign Support (Core Focus)
Daily Operations: Responsible for end-to-end implementation of monthly creator IP activities such as creator's nomination and registration. Ensuring products configuration, coupons and LIVE features setup for campaign readiness. Maintain and configure activity resources (banners) to ensure accessibility to campaign info are direct and easy. Update activity progress performance and conduct post mortem for improvement.
Optimization: Analyze historical IP campaign data to refine creator screening criteria for higher ROI. Track resource slot click-through and conversion rates to propose placement or copy improvements. Document recurring configuration steps into an SOP to reduce setup time and errors.
2. Brand Day IP Event Support (Core Focus)
Project Operations: Planning for campaign GTM based on a clear timeline, ensuring all materials such as product lists, Creators lists, brand requirements are ready for kickoff. Support campaign execution by monitoring participation rates, resolving blockers, and proposing sensible solutions. Handle cross-team communication to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Data & Coordination: Provide essential support to internal team campaign related enquiries, including basic data analysis, assisting in BD matchmaking, and handling cross-team communication and coordination to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Data Coordination
Responsible for updating campaign performance data and conducting project post-mortem reviews.
Assist the Campaign Manager in the preparation and execution of special IP campaigns (e.g., Creator Carnival, Brand Day IP campaigns) Monitor campaign data and feedback, helping to identify issues and opportunities during the event lifecycle.
