Job Description

PURPOSE

Support the development and expansion of the eCommerce channel by strengthening partnerships with wholesale customers, optimizing digital sales opportunities, and delivering effective eCommerce programs that drive customer value, sustainable growth, and competitive advantage across the EMEA region.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for all relevant e-commerce initiatives
2. Observe market trends and derive innovative ideas
3. Manage various e-commerce projects and campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and our wholesale customers
4. Monitor and measure the success and acceptance of the e-commerce activities in the market
5. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of KPIs that make e-commerce activities measurable
6. Work in close coordination with the sales team including occasional travel to achieve the goals

Skills

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Several years of professional experience in sales and e-commerce preferably within manufacturing companies or the independent automotive aftermarket
• Education: Completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics with a specialization in Marketing, or a comparable field.
• Fluent English; German and French are an asset

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong team spirit, intercultural competence, and communication skills
• Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and AI is an advantage
