Join Our Team as an E-Commerce Sorter - Jewelry Focus!

Are you passionate about jewelry and have a keen eye for detail? We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Sorter with a focus on jewelry to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for carefully sorting, evaluating donated jewelry items for online sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Chattanooga Goodwill’s Mission, Vision, and Values through your actions and decisions.
  • Sort and inspect jewelry donations, including untangling, identifying hallmarks, materials, and assessing condition.
  • Identify valuable or high-demand items for further evaluation by the Jewelry Specialist.
  • Inspect jewelry for damage, missing parts, or wear and separate for bulk bags.
  • Accurately categorize and prepare jewelry for listing by the e-commerce team.
  • Sort other donated items (e.g., toys, Legos, collectibles) as needed.
  • Provide World Class Customer Service.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function.
  • Strong ethics and integrity when handling valuable donations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Team player with a mission-driven mindset.
  • Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and sometimes lift and/or move 50 pounds or more with assistive devices or people.
