Identify high value donated goods to post effectively and efficiently online, ensuring that posting is concise, complete, and eye catching.

Essential Job Functions

Post items for sale online ensuring that posting is concise, complete and eye catching.
Achieve individual production quota and quality goals consistently.
Coordinate disposition of items with E-commerce Associates and/or leaders, as necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Adhere to safe work practices and report any unsafe conditions or actions.

Ancillary Job Functions (which may be assigned when back-up is needed)

Pick orders and/or place merchandise in inventory
Pull, package, and ship merchandise that has been sold online.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience – Equivalent education, training and experience will be considered.

High school, GED or equivalent education is preferred.
One year or less of related experience required; retail experience helpful.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate a mobile device, computer to research, photograph, and post merchandise.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and employees.
Ability to physically sort and transport material from one work area to another.
Clear verbal communication skills and ability to give and follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult or stressful situations.

Work Environment

General warehouse conditions. Exposed to moderate noise and dust levels.

Physical Abilities that are commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.

Able to stand, walk, bend, push, reach, and do repetitive motion for extended periods of time.
Regularly lift and carry up to 30 pounds; heavier lifting occasionally needed.
Regularly transport carts of books and other merchandise.
Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
Periodically lift heavy containers using manual pallet jacks.
