E Commerce Associate III – Jewelry Processor
Goodwill Columbus | Donated Goods Retail

Starting Pay - $13 - $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly

What you’ll do
As a Jewelry Processor on our E Commerce team, you play a key role in turning donated jewelry into online sales. You’ll work with care, accuracy, and purpose—helping us meet daily productivity goals while creating great experiences for online customers.
You will:
• Sort and evaluate donated jewelry to identify materials, features, and value
• Test precious metals and gemstones using specialized equipment
• Weigh, measure, and record details accurately
• Research specialty or high value items online to support fair pricing
• Create clear, accurate product listings that attract buyers
• Prepare items for the next step in the e commerce process
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality goals
• Adjust quickly as priorities change while maintaining accuracy and pace

What we’re looking for
• Experience with jewelry, gemstones, precious metals, or e commerce is strongly preferred
• Comfort using math, measurements, and online research
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• High school diploma or GED preferred
