E Commerce

The eRB function is the eCommerce and digital execution engine of Reckitt. We help create a healthier, cleaner world by building shared success with our consumers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible through online channels.

Within eRB we're focused on accelerating the performance and purpose of Reckitt brands to empower a bigger, faster and bolder eCommerce and digital business. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

Reckitt has around 800 eCommerce people across the world. In-market roles cover areas such as online Key Accounts and Performance Marketing, regional roles work with the markets to provide specialist expertise to accelerate online growth, and our global teams cover areas such as Amazon, EB2B and Direct to Consumer.

About the role

Manage and grow assigned Quick Commerce customers across the Middle East. Responsible for delivering sales growth, market share, profitability, and execution excellence while building strong customer partnerships and driving category growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day commercial relationship with key Quick Commerce customers including Noon Minutes, Ninja, HungerStation etc
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective promotional planning and execution.
  • Drive assortment expansion, visibility, distribution, and availability across customer platforms.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and distributor teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize out-of-stock risks.
  • Execute new product launches and customer-specific activation plans.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and digital shelf excellence across assigned customers.
  • Analyze sales and category performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and develop joint growth plans with customers.
  • Manage trade investment efficiently to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience managing Quick Commerce customers in the GCC/Middle East preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, eCommerce, Quick Commerce, or Key Account Management.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and customer development.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
