Be the IT Owner of the KION NA SCS Spare Part Webshop following KION SAP Commerce Cloud Platform directives. As the IT Owner of the Spare part webshop you will be part of a team of SAP Commerce Cloud Specialist located in Europe and North America.
Your Responsibilities are:
Change Management
Incident Handling
You will be responsible for reacting on incoming incidents for the complete Platform during your business hours. Tickets needs to be handled following the agreed KION SAP CC Processes and KION IT Service definitions
To ensure Hotfixing you are supported by Development Resources located in the US and Mexico.
DevOps
DEV
Ideally you would be able to take over development activities if these resources might not be available.
Development is following overall Platform guidelines. For CRs and non-critical changes you will be supported by the European Team
OPS
Ensure operation is following the KION IT Service Operating Model
Located in Americas Timezone you will be responsible for operating overall KION SAP Commerce Cloud platform during your Business Hours. This is in close collaboration with the European DevOps team.
ADO Platform support
The KION SAP Commerce Cloud Platform is part of KIONs Application DevOps Platform (ADO).
With your skills you will support PRIO 1 ADO activites in american time zone. You will act as a coordinator for serval ADO platform activities working together with teams in MX / US / APAC / Europe
