FRESNO ARC E-BOOKS ASSOCIATE
PART TIME $16.90 PER HOUR

The Ebooks Associate is responsible for processing donated books, preparing and creating product
listings, and fulfilling customer orders through the organization’s Amazon seller account. This role
supports inventory organization, listing accuracy, and timely order fulfillment while contributing to a
positive customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accurate packing, shipping, and timely dispatch of
sold merchandise.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and stock movement, ensuring merchandise is properly prepared
and scheduled for shipment.
• Maintain inventory control procedures, tracking active listings and securely storing listed items
in designated inventory locations.
• Label, sort, and organize books into appropriate inventory categories to support efficient
storage and retrieval.
• Inspect books for condition, ensuring accurate grading and adherence to established quality
standards.
• Prepare approved books for listing on the organization’s Amazon seller account.
• Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and
pricing.
• Meet daily listing quotas and support weekly and monthly sales targets established by the
Supervisor.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, accuracy, and efficiency through effective time and
workload management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills, including experience using scanning equipment and inventory
management software.
• Knowledge of online selling platforms and familiarity with third-party ecommerce tools and
integrations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous
basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull, and move heavy objects such as household and office furniture,
packages, and all other bulk items.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vison requirements due to extensive
computer work.
