The Role: Spare Parts Manager
To make our e-bike repairs as efficient as possible, we are looking for a Spare Parts Manager to join our Operations team in Stuttgart (Illingen).

Key Responsibilities

• Lagerbuchungen vornehmen
• Inventuren durchführen
• Die richtigen Teile zu unseren Mechaniker:innen bringen, damit diese ihre Reparaturen effizient durchführen können
• Bestellungen für Ersatzteile aufgeben
• Lieferanten kontaktieren (E-Mail, Telefon)
• Auftragsverfolgung durchführen
• Zusätzliche Projekte je nach Interesse und Zeit

• Performing inventory postings (stock entries/adjustments)
• Conducting physical inventories and stocktakes
• Supplying the correct parts to our mechanics to ensure they can carry out repairs efficiently
• Placing orders for spare parts
• Communicating with suppliers via email and telephone
• Monitoring and tracking orders
• Managing additional projects based on your interests and availability

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Fachkenntnisse über E-Bikes / Fahrräder
• PC-Kenntnisse (E-Mail, Office)
• Ein Interesse, alles über Fahrrad-Ersatzteile zu lernen, um unseren Lagerbestand stets aktuell und vollständig zu halten
• Hohes Maß an Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Teamwork-Bereitschaft
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Spaß daran, Probleme zu lösen
• Spaß am Fahrradfahren
• Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen und sich verändernden Umfeld

• Technical knowledge of e-bikes and bicycles
• Proficiency in IT/PC skills (Email, MS Office)
• A keen interest in learning everything about bicycle spare parts to keep our inventory accurate and fully stocked
• High level of organizational skill and a strong sense of responsibility
• A collaborative mindset and readiness for teamwork
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English
• A problem-solving attitude and enjoyment in finding solutions
• A passion for cycling
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
