GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The E Banking Processing Team Lead manages the day-to-day processing of ACH. ACH processing includes origination and incoming Fed files, handle and manage returns and NOCs, internal bank transfers, company payroll, making sure all ACH files are processed, received at Federal Reserve daily and assist with audits. Assist with any problems or issues relating to ACH. Making sure all procedures are kept updated / written for ACH processing. Communicate with other banks, internal employees and customers on ACH issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Processing origination files for Centennial Bank and customer files to Federal Reserve. This duty is performed daily, about 60% of the time.
2. Handles returns, NOCs, and any problems related to Incoming ACH . This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
3. Ensures prompt resolution of customer complaints and issues (both internal and external). This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
4. Ensures bank policy and procedures are followed and confidentiality of customer information is upheld. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.
5. Supervises staff. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
6. Responsible for professional and knowledgeable written and verbal communication on behalf of the bank. This duty is performed daily.
7. Responsible for updating and maintaining policies, procedures and some management reports. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.
8. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually.
9. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
10. Ensure all incoming and outgoing files are processed and accepted with CEN / Fed. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
11. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, and 7 to 11 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers. Ability to perform these mathematical skills using money and other forms of measurement.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
Ability to use common sense understanding in order to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few known variables in situations of a routine nature.
