Drive sales by demonstrating superior product knowledge, engagement, and an entrepreneurial mindset on the sales floor
Take the lead in achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales and KPI goals
Model a transparent and authentic approach with customers, focusing on building strong relationships that lead to repeat business
Communicate openly and professionally with clients and colleagues to optimize store performance
Maintain a proactive presence on the floor to identify and capitalize on shopper needs, ensuring that each interaction leads to a tailored product recommendation
Support operational routines as needed, including merchandising, store upkeep, and adherence to all company policies and operational procedures
Guide and support new and junior team members by sharing effective selling strategies, upselling techniques, and actionable tips to drive business
Reinforce Dyson’s values and culture through strong work ethic and consistent results
4+ years’ professional Retail Sales experience, providing high-quality service focused on client needs. Experience in technology and prestige luxury brands an asset
Have a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record in achieving and exceeding quotas
Strong team spirit to achieve common goals – build strong relationships within Dyson as well as with our third-party retail partners
Self-motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance
Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling
Comfortable in working retail hours (including weekends, holidays)
